BY-LAW NUMBER 3195
A BY-LAW to adopt a Schedule of Fess for certain Municipal
applications, services and permits.
WHEREAS it is necessary and expedient to establish a Schedule of Fees for certain Municipal
applications, services and permits;
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule "A" to this By -Law is adopted as the Schedule of Fees for certain Municipal
applications services and permits listed therein.
2. That the Fees listed in Schedule "A" may be increased yearly by the annual Consumer Price
Index by Resolution of Council.
3. Should the provisions of any other By -Law of the Town of Tillsonburg or other document
purporting to set the Fees listed in Schedule "A" be in conflict with the provisions of this By -
Law, the provisions of this By -Law shall prevail.
4. That Schedule "A" to this by-law fon-ns part of this by-law as if written herein.
5. This By -Law shall come into full force and effect on December 31 st 2005 .
6. That by-law 3098 shall be hereby repealed.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 12'h DAY OF December, 2005.
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND PASSED THIS 24th DAY OF January, 2006.
