BY-LAW NO. 3208
A BY—LAW to open up and establish part of Clearview Drive.
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and expedient to open up and establish part of Clearview
Drive being Part 4 on Reference Plan 41R-7672, being Part of Lot 2, Concession 6,
North of Talbot Road, in the Town of Tillsonburg in the County of Oxford.
AND WHEREAS the effect of this by-law will not deprive any person of means of ingress
and egress to and from his lands.
AND WHEREAS by virtue of Section 31 (1) of The Municipal Act, 2001 S .O. 2001, Chapter
25, this Corporation is empowered to establish highways.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg as
follows:
1. THAT Part 4 on Reference Plan 41R-7672, being Part of Lot 2, Concession 6, North
of Talbot Road, in the Town of Tillsonburg in the County of Oxford is hereby
dedicated and established as part of Clearview Drive.
2. THIS by-law shall take effect on registration hereof in the Registry Division for
the County of Oxford (No. 41) .
4. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all necessary documents
to implement such highway establishment.
