BY-LAW NO. 3246
A BY-LAW to appoint members to various Boards and Committees.
WHEREAS it is necessary and expedient to appoint members to be responsible
for the functions of the various Boards and Committees of the Town of
Tillsonburg.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council for the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1 ThAT the persons named in Schedule "All attached hereto are hereby
appointed and shall constitute the respective Board or Committee
opposite their name for a term of appointment which shall expire as
set out in Schedule "All or until such time as their replacement has
been named.
2. THAT all members appointed hereby shall hold office at the pleasure of
Council and the provisions of The Municipal Conflict of Interest,
R.S.O. 1990, Chapter M.50 and amendments thereto shall apply.
3. THAT the Mayor and Deputy Mayor shall be Ex -Officio members of all
Boards and Committees of the Town of Tillsonburg, except as otherwise
provided herein.
4. THAT Schedule "All attached hereto is hereby declared to be a part of
this by-law as if written and incorporated herein.
5. BY-LAW Number 3093 and By-law Number 3171 of the Town of Tillsonburg
are hereby repealed.
