A. BY-LAW to amend clause 10 of by-law 2997 — no overnight parking.
WHEREAS Council would like to revise clause 10 to allow overnight parking during the
summer months ;
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT clause 10 of by-law 2997 is amended to read as follows;
10. No overnight parking is allowed from 2 am to 7 am on
all Town of Tillsonburg Streets except for the following:
during the period beginning July lst and ending Oct 31St except on
Broadway from Bridge to London.
Notwithstanding, this exception will be for no more than a
24 hour period.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 14th DAY OF June, 2007.
READ A THob AND FINAL TIME AND PASSED THIS 141' DAY OF June, 2007.
