3303 To amend By-Law 1994 - Broadway between Moose St. & North St. WTHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG BY-LAW NUMBER -` A By -Law to amend Zoning By -Law Number 1994, as amended. WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it advisable to amend By -Law Number 1994, as amended. THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg, enacts as follows: Schedule "A" to By -Law Number 1994, as amended, is hereby amended by 1. That Section 12.3 to By -Law Number 1994, as amended, is hereby amended by adding the following subsections at the end thereof: 12.3 .31 1 LOCATION: BROADWAY BETWEEN MOOSE STREET AND NORTH STREET WEST - C2-32 12.3.31.1 Notwithstanding any provision of By -Law Number 1994 to the contrary, no person shall within any C2-32 Zone use any lot, or erect, alter or use any building or structure for any purpose except the following: 12.3.30.1.1 NON-RESIDENTIAL USES all permitted ermitted in Section 12.1.2 of this By -Law; and a retail store engaged in the sales of pets and pet supplies. 12.3.30.1.2 Notwithstanding any provision of By -Law Number 1994 to the contrary, no person shall within any C2-32 Zone shall use any lot, or erect, alter or use any g buildin or structure except in accordance with the following provisions: 12.3.30.1.2.1 Number of Commercial Uses Located on the Ground Floor: Maximum: The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg By -Law Number Pa e 2 12.3.30.1.2.2 Gross Floor Area for a Commercial Use Located on the Ground Floor Minimum: 325 m2 (3500 ft`-) 12.3.30.1.2.3 Number of Parking Spaces Required Minimum: 13 12.3.30.1.2.4 That all other provisions of the C2 Zone in Section 12.2 to By -Law Number 1994, as amended, shall apply, and further that all other provisions of By - Law Number 1994, as amended, that are consistent with the provisions herein contained shall continue to apply "mutatis mutandis". 3.
