A BY-LAW to authorize an agrccii-icnt with Tillsonburg Developments Inc. to allow for the pre -
servicing of Phase 8 of Baldwin Place.
WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an agreement with Tillsonburg
Developments Inc. 1'(-)r the pre -servicing of Phase 8 of Baldwin Place;
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:

I THAT Schedule "A" attached hereto fon-ns part of this by-law;
2. THAJ'the Mayor and Clcrk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement
marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
