A BY-LAW to authorize an agreement with The County of Oxford for the provision of Solid
Waste Disposal for the Town of Tillsonburg.
WHEREAS The To,":n ()fT11lsonburg is desirous of entering into an. agreement with County of
Oxford for the provision of' Solid Waste Disposal for the Town of Tillsonburg;
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
'14-I.Al' Schedule "'A" attached hereto forms part of this by-law,
2. Tf-11VI'the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement
marked as Schedule -A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
