A BY-LAW to provide for the disposition of:
Part of Block "C"I Registered Plan M-60, being Part 3
designated on a draft Ref Orence Plan dated January 22, 2008,
in thcTowri of Tillsonburg, in the County of Oxford.
WHEREAS pursuant to Section #8 of the Municij)al Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, C. 25, a
municipality has the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of a natural person for the purpose of
exercising its authority under this or any other Act;
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg has detcn-nine
that the lands arc surplus to the needs of the Corporation and should be sold.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That'-f7lic Corporation of thc'-f"own of Tillsonburg sell the lands to Lisa -Jo POWLESS, for
the sale price of One Thousand (S 1,000.00) Dollars, provided that the Purchaser shall pay
for all legal costs associated with this transaction,, including legal costs of both the
Purchaser and the Vendor, and all costs associated with the preparation and deposit of the
Reference Plan herein.
I')That the Mayor and Clerk ai-c hereby zed and instructed to perforin all acts and to
authorized
take such steps and execute such documents under the seal of the Corporation as may be
necessary to cft'cct such a conveyance.
3. This By-L,aw shall conic into force and take effect immediately after the final passing
hereof.
