A BY-LAW to provide for the disposition of:
Part of f3lock 11"C", Registered Plan M-60, being Parts I & 2
designated on a draft Reference Plan dated January 22, 2008,
in the Town of Tillsonburg, in the County of Oxford, subject
to an casement in favour of the municipality and its agents
over Part 1.
WHEREAS pursuant to Section #8 of the Allimicilmil Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, C. 25, a
municipality has the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of a natural person for the purpose of
exercising its authority under this or any other Act;
WHEREAS the Council of"Fhe Corporation of the Town of 1"Illsonburg has deternline
that the lands arc surplus to the needs of the Corporation and should be sold.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That 1'hc Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg sell the lands to David Francis
SIM MON DS and Dcb(-)i-ah Lynn SIM MON DS, for the sale price of'1"wo Thousand
02,000.00) Dollars, provided that the Purchasers shall pay for all legal costs associated
with this transaction including legal costs of both the Purchasers and the Vendor, and all
costs associated with the preparation and deposit cif the Reference Plan herein.
