THE CORPORAT/ON OF THE TOWN OF T/LLSONBURG
A BY-LAW to appoint municipal officers and employees for the Town of Tillsonburg.
WHEREAS the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, Chapter 25 allows for the appointment of
officers of the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it
appropriate to appoint Deputy Clerks for the purposes of the Corporation.
THEREFORE the Council ofthe Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT the officers and employees employed by the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg under the 601lowing approved job descriptions be and are hereby appointed to
act in the capacity of Deputy Clerk provided in the Town of Tillsonburg and that all
statutory duties contained in the Statutes of Ontario, S.O. associated with the position and
the approved job descriptions are to be fulfilled:
