A BY-LAW to adopt a Schedule of Fess for certain Municipal
applications, services and pen -nits.
WHEREAS the Town Of rl, illsonburg did pass by-law 3 195 to establish a schedule of fees for
certain municipal applications, services and pen -nits;
AND WHEREAS it is necessary and expedient to amend a Schedule of Fees for certain
Municipal applications, services and pen -nits;
THEREFORE the Council of Ific Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule "A" to By -Law 3 195 as adopted is hereby amended to include the

2. That this amendment t6mis part of "Schedule A" as if written therein.
3. Should the provisions of any other By -Law of the Town of Tillsonburg or other document
pi,irporting to set the Fees listed in Schedule "A" be in conflict with the provisions of this By -
Law, the provisions of this By -Law shall prevail.
