BY-LAW NUMBER
A By -Law to amend Zoning By -Law Number, 3295, as amended.
WHEREAS, Section 36(1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, provides the
authority to affix a Holding Symbol (H);
THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg, enacts as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" to By -Law Number 3295, as amended, is hereby amended
by affixing the (H) symbol to the lands so designated on Schedule "A"
attached hereto.
2. This By -Law shall come into force and take effect on the day of the final
passing thereof.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of By -Law Number '�'�y is to apply the Holding Symbol (H) to the
Low Density Residential —Type 2 (R2)zone, applying to lands described as Lots 18 & 19,
Plan 41 M-241, in the Town of Tillsonburg. The amendment would not permit development
until the Holding Symbol (H) is removed. The subject lands are owned by Victoria Wood
(Tillsonburg) GP Inc.
