A BY-LAW to authorize an Agreement with the Tillsonburg Firefighter's Association.
WHEREAS pursuant to Section 8 of the Municipal Act,2001, S.O. 2001, C.25, a municipality
has the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of a natural person for the purpose of exercising
its authority under this or any other Act, ;
AND WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an
agreement with the Tillsonburg Firefighter's Association.
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
THAT the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg does hereby authorize the entering into an
Agreement with the Tillsonburg Firefighter's Association and that the agreement attached
hereto as Appendix A form part of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement
marked as Appendix "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
