BY-LAW NUMBER 33"
A By -Law to amend Zoning By -Law Number 3295, as amended.
WHEREAS, Section 36(1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, provides
power to remove the Holding Symbol (H) by amendment to the by-law originally
imposing it;
AND WHEREAS, The Long Point Region Conservation Authority has
provided written confirmation that the proposed development would not have a
significant negative impact on environmental features and the associated site
plan agreement has been approved by the Town of Tillsonburg;
THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg, enacts as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" to By -Lave Number 3295, as amended, is hereby
amended by removing the (H) symbol from the lands so designated
on Schedule "A" attached hereto.
2. This By -Law shall come into force and take effect on the day of the
final passing thereof.
