A BY -LAW to authorize an lease agreement with Hangar 14 Group and the Town of Tillsonburg
for the provision of a lease of a Hangar at the Tillsonburg Airport.
WHEREAS The Town of Tillson burg is desirous of entering into an agreement with Hangar 14
Group for the provision of a lease of a Hangar at the Tillsonburg Airport ;
THEREFORE the Council ofthe Town ofTillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule "A" attached hereto forms part of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement
marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town ofTillsonburg.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 13th DAY OF July, 2009.
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND PASSED THIS 13th DAY OF July, 2009.
