Clerk ZO N 7-09-3 TOWN OF TI LLSON BU RG BY-LAW NUMBER 3384 EXPLANATORY NOTE The purpose of By -Law Number 3384 is to amend two provisions of the Zoning By-law No. 3295 in order to return to provisions from the previous Zoning By-law No. 1994. The amendment allows a reduced minimum interior side yard setback on the attached garage side for single detached dwellings within the Low Density Residential — Type 1 Zone from 1.5 m (4.9 ft) to 1.2 m (3.9 ft), and an increased permitted projection into a required rear yard for uncovered decks, patios and porches/verandas which exceed 1.5 m (4.9 ft) in height from 1.5 m (4.9 ft) to 3.7 m (12.1 ft). As the proposed By-law amends only specific elements of the text of the Zoning By-law No. 3295, no zone mapping or schedules are required or included in this By-law.
