BY-LAW NO. 3390
A BY-LAW --C, appoint members to various Boards and Committees.
WHEREAS it is necessary and expedient to appoint more members to be

respons-l-ble for +,---he functions of the various Boards and Committees of the
Town of Tillsonb,_1-1r\g.
AND WHEREAS Cour.,C-1-1 previously appointed members to Boards and Commissions
in By-law 2964;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council for the Town of Tillsonburg
as follows:
ThAT the persons named in Schedule "A" attached hereto are hereby
appointed and shall be added to the respective Board or Committee
opposite th�e.ir name for a term of appointment which shall expire as
set out Jr, Schedule "A" or until such time as their replacement has
been named.
2. THAT all members appointed hereby shall hold office at the pleasure of
Council ar-.ci the provisions of The Municipal Conflict of Interest,,
R.S.O. 1991), Chapter M.50 and amendments thereto shall apply.
3. THAT the Mayor and Deputy Mayor shall be Ex -Officio members of all
Boards and CJmmittees of the Town of Tillsonburg, except as otherwise
provided herein.
4. THAT the term of service of a member appointed to any Board or
Committee Shall be limited to not more than six consecutive years on
ar-ly one Board or Committee provided, however, that Council may re-
appoint a member or members if, in the opinion of Council, such re-
appointmen.-would be beneficial for continuity of the Board's or
Committee'__activity.
5. THAT Schedule "A" attached hereto is hereby declared to be a part of
this by -lav;' as if written and incorporated herein.
6. BY-LAW num.Cer_ 3390 of the Town of Tillsonburg is hereby amended.
