A BY-LAW to authorize an agreement with Her Majesty the Queen as represented by the
Minster of Health Promotion to authorize a contribution under the Recreational Infrastructure
Canada Program (RInC).
WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an agreement with Her
Majesty the Queen as represented by the Minster of Health Promotion to authorize a contribution
under the Recreational Infrastructure Canada Program (RInC).
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
I . THAT Schedule ``A" attached hereto fon-ns part of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement
marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
