THE CORPORA TION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG
A BY-LAW to appoint a Clerk for the Town of Tillsonburg.
WHEREAS the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 200 1, Chapter 25 allows for the appointment of
officers of the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it is
necessary and expedient to appoint a Clerk for the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg;
AND WHEREAS it is necessary to amend By -Law 3067;
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT Kelley Coulter be hereby appointed as Clerk.
2. THAT this By -Law is passed pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001 S.O.2001, Chapter 25.
3. Any previously enacted By -Laws which are inconsistent with the purpose and intent of
this By -Law are hereby repealed.
4. This By -Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of passing.
