BY-LAW NO. 3438
A BY-LAW to close part of Harvey Street.
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and expedient to close part of Harvey Street,
Plan 500, being south of Oxford Street in the Town of Tillsonburg.
AND WHEREAS the effect of this by-law will not deprive any person of means of
ingress and egress to and from his/her lands.
AND WHEREAS by virtue of Section 34 (I) of The Municipal Act, 2001 S.O. 2001,
Chapter 25, the Corporation is empowered to close road allowances.
AND WHEREAS the provisions of Notice By-law 3041 were followed in
advertising the potential closing of this part of Harvey Street.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Tillsonburg as follows:
1. THAT Part of Harvey Street, Plan 500, being South of London Street in the
Town of Tillsonburg, as shown on Schedule "A" attached, is hereby closed.
2. THIS by-law shall take effect on registration hereof in the Registry
Division for the County of Oxford (No. 41).
3. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all necessary
documents to implement such road closing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 13th DAY OF September, 2010.
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND PASSED THIS 13th DAY OF September, 2010.

NOTICE OF ROAD CLOSURE - HARVEY STREET
Please take notice that the Town of Tillsonburg intends to pass a by-
law to close part of Harvey Street, south of London Street to the end,
being Harvey St., Plan 500, as highlighted on the attached map.
This by-law will not limit the means of ingress and egress to any
individual property owner.
