BY-LAW NUMBER 3472
A BY-LAW to authorize a facade improvement loan agreement with Peter Shane Curtis and
Jason Robert Wilcox.
WHEREAS THE Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it expedient
and necessary to repeal By -Law 3385.
AND WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into a fagade improvement
loan agreement with Peter Shane Curtis and Jason Robert Wilcox;
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule "A" attached hereto forms part of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized. to execute the attached agreement
marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 13th DAY OF December, 2010.
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND PASSED THIS 13th DAY OF December, 2010.
