BY-LAW NUMBER 3475
A BY-LAW to adopt an agreement with Ontario Realty Corporation.
WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of adopting a second lease agreement
extension and amending agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as
represented by the Minister of Infrastructure for the provision of extending the lease on 90
Concession Street last.
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
I . THAT Schedule "A" attached hereto forms part of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached Policy marked
as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 10" DAY OF January 2011.
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND PASSED THIS 10" DAY OF January 2011.
