3491 To authorize an agreement between the Town of Tillsonburg and B&B Graydon for the lease of Agricultural LandsTHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG BY-LAW NUMBER 3491 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE AN AGRICULTURAL LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG AND B & B GRAYDON ENTERPRISES LTD. WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into a Lease Agreement with B & B Graydon Enterprises Ltd. WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an agreement with B & B Graydon Enterprises for lease of the lands described as: (a) Lands located on the south side of Hwy 3, legally described as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 13 and part of Part 12 and 15, RP 41R-8336, consisting of approximately 43 acres of arable land to be confirmed via GPS mapping prior to planting; (b) Lands located on the east side of Clearview Dr, legally described as Part Lot 2-3, Con 5 NTR Middleton, Parts 1 & 2, 41R-3421& Parts 5 & 6, 41R- 3691, except Part 2, 41R-5307, except Part l,41R-5366, consisting of approximately 12.45 acres of arable land to be confirmed via GPS mapping prior to planting; (c) Lands located on the west side of Rokeby Sideroad, legally described as Lot 1641, Plan 500, MID Con 4 NTR, Pt Lot 10, being part of Parts 1 & 2, Plan 41R-8386 (Oxford Registration #)/37R-10038, consisting of approximately 27 acres of arable land to be confirmed via GPS mapping prior to planting; and, (d) Lands located on the east side of Highway 19 (Vienna Road), legally described as Part Lots 1639, 1638A & 1613, Plan 500, designated as Part 1 & 2 on OXR39 & Part 4 on OXR44, consisting of approximately 17 acres of arable land to be confirmed via GPS mapping prior to planting; THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Lease Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this By-law between the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg and B & B Graydon Enterprises Ltd. is hereby approved; 2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg. This By-Law shall come into force and take effect immediately after the final passing hereof.
