BY-LAW NO. 3532
A BY-LAW to close part of an unexploited Road Allowance.
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and expedient to close part of said road
allowance being, PT RDAL BIN Lot 5 & 6, Con 5, NTR, Middleton N of Kings Hwy
No. 3 and RDAL BIN Lot 5 & 6, Con 5, NTR Middleton BTN Kings Hwy Nol. 3 and
RDAL BTN Con 4 & 5, in the Town of Tillsonburg.
AND WHEREAS the effect of this by-law will not deprive any person of means of
ingress and egress to and from his/her lands.
AND WHEREAS by virtue of Section 34 (I) of The Municipal Act, 2001 S.O. 2001,
Chapter 25, The Corporation is empowered to close road allowances.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of theTown of Tillsonburg as follows:
1. THAT PT RDAL BTN Lot 5 & 6, Con 5, NTR, Middleton N of Kings Hwy No. 3
and RDAL BTN Lot 5 & 6, Con 5, NTR Middleton BTN Kings Hwy Nol. 3 and
RDAL BTN Con 4 & 5, in the Town of Tillsonburg, as shown on Schedule UA"
attached, is hereby closed.
2. THIS by-law shall take effect on registration hereof in the Registry
Division for the County of Oxford (No. 41).
3. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all necessary
documents to implement such road closing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 8th DAY OF August, 2011.
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND PASSED THIS 8th DAY OF August,2011.
