BY-LAW NO. 3546
A BY-LAW to Repeal By-Law 3080, being a by-law to appoint a Municipal Auditor
in the Town of Tillsonburg.
AND WHERAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg on
September 28, 2009 passed a resolution to appoint a municipal auditor for a term of
three years and expiring on December 31, 2012.
AND WHEREAS THE Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems
it expedient and necessary to repeal By-Law 3080.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg that By-Law 3080 passed on October 27,2003 be hereby repealed.
