A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG
AND THE TILLSONBURG GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB LIMITED.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into an
agreement with the Tillsonburg Golf and Country Club Limited.
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "1" forms part of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and CAO be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement marked as Schedule
"1" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
This by-law shall corne into force and take effect immediately after the final passing hereof.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 13 day of August, 2012.
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND PASSED THIS 10 day of September, 2012.
