A BY-LAW to Repeal By-Law 3470, being a by-law to adopt an Information Technology
Service Contract.
AND WHERAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg on December 13,
2010, passed By-Law 3470.
AND WHEREAS THE Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it
expedient and necessary to repeal By-Law 3470.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg that By-Law 3470 passed on December 13,2010 be hereby repealed.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 24th DAY OF October, 2012.
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME AND PASSED THIS 24th DAY OF October, 2012.
