A BY-LAW to adopt a Schedule of Fess for certain Municipal applications, service and permits.
WHEREAS it is necessary and expedient to establish a Schedule of Fees for certain Municipal
applications, services and permits;
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule "A" to this By-Law is adopted as the Schedule of Fees for certain Municipal
applications services and permits listed therein.
2. Should the prov1s1ons of any other By-Law of the Town of Tillsonburg or other document
purporting to set the Fees listed in Schedule "A" be in conflict with the provisions of this By-Law,
the provisions of this By-Law shall prevail.
3. That Schedule "A" to this by-law forms part of this by-law as if written herein.
4. This By-Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of its passing.
5. That By-Law 3540 passed on the 9th of January, 2012, shall be hereby repealed.
