3833 To adopt a Schedule of Fees for certain Municipal applications, services and permits and to repeal By-law 3687THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG BY-LAW NUMBER 3833 BEING A BY-LAW to adopt a Schedule of Fees for certain Municipal applications, services and permits and to repeal By-law 3687. WHEREAS it is necessary and expedient to establish a Schedule of Fees for certain Municipal applications, services and permits; NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT Schedule "A" to this By-Law is adopted as the Schedule of Fees for certain Municipal applications, services and permits listed therein. 2. Should the provisions of any other By-Law of the Town of Tillsonburg or other documents purporting to set the Fees listed in Schedule "A" be in conflict with the provisions of this By- law, the provisions of this By-Law shall prevail. 3. That Schedule "A" to this By-Law forms part of this By-Law as if written herein. 4. This By-Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of its passing. 5.
