A BY-LAW to Authorize an Agreement Between the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg and RDS Utility Services.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to
enter into a service agreement with RDS Utility Services.
THEREFORE the Council of the Town ofTillsonburg enacts as follows:
I. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as "Schedule A" is hereby adopted and forms part of
this by-law.
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement marked
as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town ofTillsonburg.
3. AND THAT this by-law comes into force and effect upon passing.
Read a First and Second Time this 22•d day of September, 2014.
Read a Third and Final Time and passed this 22•d day of September, 2014.
