A BY-LAW to authorize a Voter List Management Service Agreement between Comprint
Systems Inc. and the Corporation of the Town of Tillson burg.
WHEREAS The Town of Tillson burg is desirous of entering into an agreement with
Com print Systems Inc for Voter List Management Software known as VoterView;
AND WHEREAS Section 22 of the Municipal Elections Act authorizes the Clerk to correct
any obvious errors in the voters list;
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillson burg enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Voter List Management Service Agreement attached hereto forms part of
this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement
on behalf of the Corporation of the Town ofTillsonburg.
