A BY-LAW to authorize an Agreement between The Corporation of the Town ofTillsonburg
and Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Ontario, represented by the Minister of
Transportation for the Province of Ontario (the "Ministry")
WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into an
Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Ontario, represented by the
Minister of Transportation for the Province of Ontario.
THEREFORE the Council of the Town ofTillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" forms part of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Deputy Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement
marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town ofTillsonburg.
