A BY-LAW to authorize an agreement between The Corporation of the Town of
Tillson burg and the County of Oxford regarding the Trans-Canada Trail.
WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into
an Agreement with the County of Oxford for the purpose of establishing the roles and
responsibilities for the construction and operation of a section of the Trans-Canada
Trail (TCT);
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part ofthis by-
law between The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg and the County of Oxford
is hereby approved;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached
agreement marked as schedule "A" on behalf of the Town of Tillsonburg;
3. THAT this By-Law shall come into force and take effect immediately after the final
passing thereof.
