A BY -LAW to authorize an agreement between The Corporation of the Town ofTillsonburg and the
Toronto-Dominion Bank for provision ofbanking services.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town ofTillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into
an agreement with the Toronto-Dominion Bank;
THEREFORE the Cotmcil of the Town ofTillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. 1HAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this By-Law between the
Town ofTillsonburg and Toronto-Dominion is hereby approved;
2. 1HAT the Mayor and the Director ofFinance be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement
marked as Schedule "A" on behalf ofThe Corporation of the Town ofTillsonburg;
3. 1HAT this By-Law shall come into force and take effect immediately after the final passing hereof.
