Subject: Quarterline safety issues
Tillsonburg Town Council
I am e mailing you to request that you expedite the work that needs to be done on Quarterline Rd due in part to the new Westfield School.
Reduced rate of speed signs need to be installed in the vicinity of this school on Quarterline and a 4 way stop needs to be implemented at the intersection of Quarterline Rd and Concession
Street.
I understand these issues are to be discussed and voted on at this weeks Town Council meeting.
Yes there are other issues along Quarterline Rd with the 3 schools but the above mentioned issues relating to Westfield need your immediate attention.
Please don’t wait for a report or an accident resulting in injury or death to react.
In the past 2 weeks I have met with Geno Vanhaelewyn and Larry Scanlan to obtain info relating to this area from the departments that they lead.
Both Geno and Larry have been very willing to help with any info requests I have made.
Please reply to me via e mail if you plan on supporting these requests or if you do not agree with my requests.
