BY-LAW NUMBER 3599
A BY-LAW to appoint a Deputy Clerk for the Town ofTillsonburg.
WHEREAS the \1unicipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, Chapter 25 allows for the appointment of
officers of the Municipality;
AND WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of the Town ofTillsonburg deems it is
necessary and expedient to appoint a Deputy Clerk for the Corporation ofthe Town of
Tillson burg;
THEREFORE the Council of the Town ofTillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. THAT Amber Zimmer be hereby appointed as Deputy Clerk.
2. THAT this By-Law is passed pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001 S.O. 2001, Chapter 25.
3. Any previously enacted By-Laws which are inconsistent with the purpose and intent of
this By-Law are hereby repealed.
4. This By-Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of passing.
