3610 To authorzie an Agreement Between the Corporation of the Town if Tillsonburg and the Ontario Power Authority (2)THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OFTILI.SONBURG BY-LAW NUMBER 3610 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSON BURG AND THE ONTARIO POWER AUTHORITY WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillson burg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into an agreement with the Ontario Power Authority for the purposes of receiving payment for the solar power generated at the 20 Spruce St property; THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillson burg enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" forms part of this by-law; 2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg. · This By-Law shall come into force and take effect immediately after the final passing hereof.
