3684 To authorize a lease agreement between the corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg and Field and Flock Farms (2)THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OFTILLSONBURG BY-LAW NUMBER 3684 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG AND FIELD AND FLOCK FARMS. WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town ofTillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into a Lease Agreement with Field and Flocks Farms to rent the subject lands for agricultural purposes at the Tillsonburg Regional Airport for the 2013-2017 crop seasons. THEREFORE the Council ofthe Town ofTillsonburg enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" forms part of this by-law; 2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillson burg. This by-law shall come into force and take effect immediately after the final passing hereof. READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 10"' DAY OF DECEMBER, 2012.
