Report DCS 17-16 Lease Resolution #8 Moved By: Councillor Adam Seconded By: Deputy Mayor Beres THAT Council receives Report DCS 17-16, Lease with Chesterman Farm Equipment Inc.; AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to enter into a lease agreement for the lands described as: (i) Lot 1641, Plan 500, more particularly described as Part 1, Plan 41R- 8386; (ii) Part of Lot 10, Concession 4 NTR, and more particularly described as Part 2, Plan 41R-8386; and (iii) Consisting of approximately five acres of land at the Northwest corner of the property with access along the east and north sides of Parts 1 and 2, with Chesterman Farm Equipment Inc. for a three year term expiring on December 31, 2019, subject to the terms and conditions contained within the lease agreement; Council Meeting – Minutes - 6 - AND THAT a by-law be brought forward in that regard.
