BY-LAW NUMBER 4126
BEING A BY-LAW to amend By -Law 3896, being a by-law to define Municipal
Trust Funds and to appoint Trustees to those Trusts established by The
Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and expedient to amend By -Law 3896;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts
as follows:
1. THAT Schedule A of By -Law 3896 — Trust & Appointments, be amended as
attached hereto.
2. THAT these amendments to By -Law 3896 are hereby declared to be part of that
By -Law as if written therein;
3. THAT this By -Law shall come into full force and effect upon passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 21St DAY of August, 2017.
