BEING A BY-LAW to enter into a Storm Drainage Channel Outlet Agreement with
The Corporation of the County of Oxford.
WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into an
agreement with The Corporation of the County of Oxford;
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF TILLSONBURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule A and forming part of this by-law
between The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg and The Corporation of the
County of Oxford is hereby approved;
2. THAT the Mayor and Town Clerk be and hereby authorized to execute the attached
Agreement marked as Schedule A on behalf of The Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg;
3. This by-law shall come into full force and effect on the day of passing.
