BY-LAW NUMBER 4131
BEING A BY-LAW to enter into a Transfer Payment Agreement with Her Majesty
the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure.
WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into a
an Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the
Minister of Infrastructure for the purposes of the Clean Water and Wastewater Fund
CWWF);
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF TILLSONBURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Transfer Payment Agreement attached hereto as Schedule A and forming
part of this by-law between The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg and Her
Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of
Infrastructure is hereby approved;
2. THAT the Mayor and Town Clerk be and hereby authorized to execute the attached
Agreement marked as Schedule A on behalf of The Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg;
3. This by-law shall come into full force and effect on the day of passing.
