3425 To amend Zoning By-Law Number 3295, as amended. Location_ Sierra Street, The Oakes SubdivisionTHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG BY-LAW NUMBER `!;moi A By -Law to amend Zoning By -Law Number 3295, as amended. WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it advisable to amend By -Law Number 3295, as amended. THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg, enacts as follows: 1. That Schedule "A" to By -Law Number 3295, as amended, is hereby amended by changing to `R3-7' the zone symbol of the lands so designated `R3-7' on Schedule "A" attached hereto. 2. That Section 8.6 to By -Law Number 3295, as amended is hereby amended by adding the following subsection at the end thereof. 118.6.7 LOCATION: north and south side of Sierra Street, R3-7 8.6.7.1 Notwithstanding any provision of this By -Law to the contrary, no person shall within any R3 -7(H) use any lot, or erect, alter or use any building or structure for any purpose except the following: all uses permitted in Section 8.6.3.1 of this By-law. provided the Holding (H) symbol is removed in accordance with Section 8.5.1 of this By -Law. 8.6.7.1.1 Forur oses of this subsection, a "Street Fronting Townhouse", P p means a dwelling consisting of three or more dwelling units that are aligned horizontally and divided vertically in whole or in ?art by common walls, with a minimum area above the grade of 10 m (107.6 ft2), and each of which has an independent entrance directly from the outside and fronts onto a public street. 8.6.7.2 Notwithstanding any provision of this By -Law to the contrary, no person shall within any R3-7 Zone use any lot, or erect, alter or use any building or structure except in accordance with the following provisions: 8.6.7.2.1 Single Detached Dwelling 8.6.7.2.1.1 All provisions of the R3-3 Zone in Section 8.6.3.2.1 shall apply. The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburcg By-law Number 8.6.7.2.2 Street Fronting Townhouse 8.6.7.2.2.1 All provisions of the R3-3 Zone in Section 8.6.3.2.2 shall apply. 8.6.7.2.2.2 Notwithstanding subsection 8.6.7.2.2.1, the following provisions shall apply to a `street fronting townhouse': i) Rear Yard Minimum Depth 5.5 metres (18.1 feet) 8.6.7.3 That all other provisions of the R3 Zone in Section 8.2 to this By -Law, as amended, shall apply, and further that all other provisions of By - Law, as amended, that are consistent with the provisions herein contained shall continue to apply mutatis mutandis." 3.
