BY-LAW NUMBER 4139
A BY-LAW to appoint a Deputy Clerkforthe Town ofTillsonburg.
WHEREAS the MunicipalAct, 2001, S.O. C 25, allows forthe appointment ofofficers ofthe
Municipality;
AND WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of theTown of Tillsonburg deems it is
necessary and expedient to appoint a Deputy Clerk for the Corporation of the
Town of Tillsonburg;
THEREFOREthe Council oftheTown ofTillsonburg enacts asfollows:
1. THAT Lana White is hereby appointed as Deputy Clerk.
2. THATthis By -Law is passed pursuantto the Municipal Act, 2001 S.O.2001, Chapter 25.
3. THAT By -Law 3930, to appoint a Deputy Clerk on August 10, 2015, is hereby
repealed and any previously enacted By -Laws which are inconsistent with the
purpose and intent of this By -Law are hereby repealed.
4. THAT This By -Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of passing.
