On motion made by Mayor Steve Molnar, seconded by John Smith, and carried, the Agenda was approved. 5 Approval of Previous Minutes The Minutes of a meeting of the Board held on January 20, 2016 were presented to the Board for approval. On motion made by Dave Palmer, seconded by Mayor Steve Molnar and carried the Minutes of the meeting held on January 20, 2016 were approved. 6 Issues Arising from previous minutes None 7 8 9 10 Presentations/Delegations Correspondence Financial Year-end budget under approx. $1200.00 2016 Found monies $3071.05 Detachment Commander Reports  OPP contract Policing - Tillsonburg Inspector Clark presented the December 2015contract statistics and memorandum which reported members of the OPP attended 485 calls for service with an 87% clearance rate. In comparison None Found money take to D. Eddington 2 AGENDA ITEM DISCUSSION OUTCOME/ACTION 10con’t Members of the OPP attended 573calls for service with an 89.3% clearance rate in 2014. The most serious of these calls were 2 break & enter and 11 random acts of mischief. Foot Patrol Hours: • 106.5  Inspector Clark presented the Tickets Written in Tillsonburg for the months of December 2015 report: • Speeding, 17 • Fail to Stop, 8 • Plate/Permit/Insurance, 25 • Trespass/Intox in Public, 4 • Careless, 2 • Seatbelt, 2 • Hand Held Device, 0 • Fail to Yield / Improper turn, 3 • Other, 0 • Total for December, 56  Inspector Clark presented the High School Resource Officer Month End Report for December 2015 Proactive Duties • Patrolling the interior and exterior Glendale Schools as well as surrounding neighbourhood • Engaged with staff, parents and students regarding youth issues Reactive Duties • Involved in 7 calls for service this month • 2 incidents where students were involved in consensual fights. All students were charged with causing a disturbance by fighting • 2 incidents where youths fought or were about to fight consensually. First time offenders. Parents were called and youths were warned • Assisted Town officers with a standby keep the peace in Tillsonburg • Investigated Threats complaint at Annandale. Victim’s parents reported to Police but victim would not provide a statement. School Administration was made aware and involved with both youth • Investigated 1 minor mischief involving a youth throwing a sponge puck at a staff member’s car as they drove by. Youth apologized to staff who was the student’s psychologist. Assisted Inspector Clark in delivering donated turkeys to the Parents in the Cops for Kids program  Inspector Clark presented the Drug Enforcement Unit Statistics for December 2015.  Crime Stoppers of Oxford Inc.
