On motion made by Chris Rosehart, seconded by Ann Loker and carried the Minutes of the meeting held on January 18, 2017 were approved. 6 Issues Arising from previous minutes None 7 Presentations / Delegations None 8 Correspondence None 9 Financial 2017 Budget has been approved 2 AGENDA ITEM DISCUSSION OUTCOME/ACTION 10 Detachment Commander Reports  OPP contract Policing - Tillsonburg Staff Sargent, John Murray presented the January 2017 contract statistics and memorandum which reported: • 113 provincial offences tickets written • 113.75 hours of Foot Patrol Members of the OPP attended 384 calls for service with a 90.1% clearance rate.  OPP contract Policing - Tillsonburg Staff Sargent, John Murray presented the February 2017 contract statistics and memorandum which reported: • 92 provincial offences tickets written • 85.75 hours of Foot Patrol Members of the OPP attended 503 calls for service with a 96.7% clearance rate. Report Staff Sargent, John Murray presented the report for Oxford Crime Stoppers for January & February 2017. Scanlan  Community Update Page Information to be given to Ann Locker. For by-weekly submission  Broadway & North Street Intersection On MOTION made by Mayor Steve Molnar, SECONDED by Ann Loker and carried it was RESOLVED that the TPSB reconfirm through communication with the Town of Tillsonburg, the concern for vehicle and pedestrian traffic at the intersection of Broadway and North Street  Crime Stoppers Transition - Update Chair Larry Scanlan to talk to Haldimand/Norfolk & Tillsonburg Crime Stoppers to give them a date that Tillsonburg will no longer be involved.
