THAT the Agenda as prepared for the cultural advisory committee meeting of Wednesday
November 2nd , be adopted as amended.
Amendment -- addition under general business: 6.3 position of secretary
3.Disclosures of Pecuniary Interest and the General Nature Thereof : Erin Getty, Deb Beard
and Heather Benton in regard to funding application from the Station Arts Centre.

members were reviewed as well as updated policies, reports and grant application forms.
