BY-LAW NUMBER 4155
BEING A BY-LAW to enter into an agreement with ERTH Corporation, for the
provision of consulting services for the LED Streetlight Conversion Project for
Tillsonburg.
WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into a Consulting Agreement
with ERTH Corporation, for the provision of consulting services for the LED Streetlight
Conversion Project;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg
enacts as follows:
1. THAT the agreement attached hereto forms part of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Town Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached
Agreement between ERTH Corporation and the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg.
3. AND THAT this By -Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of its passing.
