Discussion was held and Mr. Heaman responded to questions from Council. Council Meeting – Minutes - 3 - Clarification was given that the appointment could be a member of Council or someone from the community. Notice of this appointment will be advertised, and submissions will be directed to the attention of the Town Clerk. Relief from Section 5.37.1 – Permitted Projection into Required Yards, to increase the permitted projection into the rear yard for a covered deck from 1.5 m (4.9 ft) to 3.2 m (10.5 ft); and 2.
