THAT the Agenda as prepared for the Cultural Advisory Committee meeting
of Wednesday March 21st 2018, be adopted.

4. Adoption of Minutes of Previous Meeting moved by: Max Adam and
seconded by Jami Stephenson

THAT the Committee Chair, Town Liason and Councillor set a meeting with
the candidates to determine the viability of the sub committee.
